🚚 Delivery & Commercial Collection Guidelines
Everything buyers need to know regarding self-collection from commercial office buildings or requesting delivery within Greater Sydney.
1. Self-Collection from Clearance Sites
When collecting furniture directly from an active Sydney office clearance site (e.g. Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Parramatta, Macquarie Park):
- Confirmed Appointment: Buyers must arrive during their pre-allocated time window. Loading docks are strictly governed by building management.
- Vehicle Clearance: Check your vehicle height against dock clearance limits (most Sydney CBD docks are 2.1m to 3.5m max).
- PPE & Safety: Closed-toe shoes are required for all loading dock entries.
2. Delivery Quote & Partner Carriers
If you require delivery to your commercial office or residential warehouse in Greater Sydney:
- Delivery is arranged through partner commercial transport carriers.
- Quotes are based on suburb, floor access (lift vs stairs), and assembly requirements.
- Kerbside or room-of-choice drop options available.
