Used Office Furniture Condition Guide
We use a consistent four-tier guide to describe visible condition and known functionality at the time of assessment.
Grade A: Excellent Used Condition
Grade A: ExcellentMinimal visible wear. Metalwork, laminates, and upholstery remain in clean commercial presentation. All primary mechanisms operate smoothly.
Grade B: Good Standard Commercial
Grade B: GoodNormal commercial wear consistent with standard office use (minor scuffs, light surface marks, or minor fabric rubbing). Fully functional for general workplace use.
Grade C: Visible Wear / Value Option
Grade C: FairClear cosmetic wear, scuffs, edge marks, or fabric fading. Fully usable commercial furniture suited for budget applications or back-of-house areas.
As-Is: Disclosed Defects or Limitations
Grade A: ExcellentSold with specific noted cosmetic defects or functional limitations disclosed in the item description.
